These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ht555. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ht555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ht555 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at ht555.bio and any related domains or subdomains.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ht555 platform, you signify your acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. ht555 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Player Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on ht555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ht555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the below at any time.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times your account is active.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control.
- You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person when registering or operating an account.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or affiliate of ht555, or an immediate family member of any such person.
ht555 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Account Registration and Security
To use ht555, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password of your choosing. By completing registration, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 1 above.
Your Account Security Obligations
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password.
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
- You must notify ht555 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
- All activity conducted from your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
Account Verification (KYC)
ht555 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — including prior to processing a withdrawal, applying a bonus, or in response to any unusual account activity. KYC requirements may include, but are not limited to, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawals.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ht555 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ht555 supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ht555 does not accept foreign currency, credit cards issued by foreign banks, or cryptocurrency.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to payment method restrictions.
- Deposits are credited to your ht555 wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. ht555 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- ht555 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if fraud, money laundering, or a policy violation is suspected.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to availability.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended if KYC verification is pending or if the withdrawal is flagged for manual review.
- ht555 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. If a payment provider applies its own transaction fee, this may be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
- Players must meet all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawing before meeting rollover conditions on an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
ht555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied to protect players and the integrity of the platform.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
ht555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new players, periodic reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time each promotion is offered.
- Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and verified their mobile number. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit that prevents the qualifying deposit.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Withdrawing real-money funds while a bonus is active does not cancel the bonus — the wagering requirement continues to apply.
- ht555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the decision of ht555 is final.
- Bonuses may only be used for real-money gameplay on eligible games. Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live dealer table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified within each promotion's individual terms.
Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including, but not limited to, matched betting across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors to obtain bonus credits, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine gameplay — will have their bonuses forfeited, their accounts suspended, and may be required to return any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
ht555 is operated for the purpose of providing legitimate online gaming entertainment to eligible players. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law is strictly prohibited. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, navigate, or place bets on the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or card games.
- Depositing funds derived from any unlawful activity, or using ht555 for any purpose connected with money laundering or financing of any illegal activity.
- Exploiting any error, malfunction, or software bug in the platform to obtain credits, wins, or advantages not intended by ht555. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
ht555 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ht555 may freeze the affected account, reverse relevant transactions, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Players who believe an account action has been taken in error may contact ht555 support to request a review.
Game Rules and Betting
Each game available on ht555 is governed by its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. ht555 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. In cricket betting and sports betting markets, official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB) are used to settle bets. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided by the governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to that specific betting market.
ht555 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software for all virtual game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure compliance with fair-play standards. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a demonstrable technical fault affecting the game outcome, which must be reported to ht555 support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
Responsible Gaming
ht555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players can access all responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings panel at any time. ht555 also trains its support team to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling and to refer affected players to appropriate resources.
Any player who believes their gambling has become a problem is encouraged to contact ht555 support to discuss account restriction options, including temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion. ht555 will action any self-exclusion request within 24 hours of receipt. A self-excluded player may not open a new account for the duration of their exclusion period. ht555 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and will not market to or offer bonuses to players who have self-excluded or set binding deposit limits.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ht555 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of ht555 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ht555 platform without the prior written consent of ht555. Unauthorised use of ht555 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ht555 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ht555 platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
ht555 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond the reasonable control of ht555 may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. ht555 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned downtime in advance.
Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law
ht555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the ht555 website and will take effect immediately upon publication, unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting ht555 support.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. For disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, ht555 offers an internal dispute resolution process accessible via the support email address. ht555 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
